Makevale produces high quality premium polymers and acrylic powders. By providing our clients with superior starting materials we allow them to produce quality products, as well as improving manufacturing processes, reaction yields and ultimately, profits.

Makevale's polymers are based around PMMA, PEMA, PBMA and polystyrene. As well as a huge library of associated co-polymers and blends, thirty years' experience in producing a wide range of products has equipped us with the capability of creating new products to a client's specification. If it can be made, Makevale can make it.

We are the world's premier producer of dental acrylics and a leader in the field of dentistry, supplying a large number of companies around the globe.

We manufacture our polymer beads in our unique reactors, allowing for total control over our products' specifications, performance, consistency and quality. Our flexible manufacturing platform means products can be made to order at any one of our sites. Our blending facility allows us to introduce plasticisers, flame retardants and pigments. Every batch is rigorously tested to ensure it meets client specification and appropriate ISO standards, as well as being consistently top quality. We are highly efficient, working hard to ensure your order is completed and dispatched on time.

Makevale specialises in bulk manufacturing, and each of our facilities has a capacity of many kilotons of material each year. Orders start at a minimum value of £1500, or quantity of 300kg, depending on which is greater. We are happy to provide samples upon request, as long as you can arrange transportation.
